Coach’s Corner
About the Coach
I learned early in life what it feels like to be different. Growing up as the "odd child," I made a powerful choice - instead of hiding who I was, I embraced it. This decision shaped not just my life, but my entire approach to helping others.
My path led me to become an Advocate for survivors of domestic and intimate partner violence, with a special focus on supporting underserved minorities. As a trained Facilitator, I've created safe spaces for LGBTQ+ adults, women, and parents of LGBTQ+ youth to share their stories and find their strength. These experiences taught me the profound impact of having someone in your corner who truly sees you and accepts you exactly as you are.
When I discovered life coaching, it felt like coming home. It combined everything I believe in - meeting people where they are, creating judgment-free spaces for growth, and walking alongside others as they explore their truth. My extensive training in trauma-informed advocacy brings a unique depth to my coaching approach.
I believe in the power of authentic connection. No walls, no pretense, just real conversations about real life. I show up as my genuine self - someone who will hold space for your journey with kindness while offering the accountability you need to grow.
Whether you're wrestling with life's challenges or seeking deeper authenticity, I'm here to help you transcend what holds you back. Together, we'll explore possibilities for healing and growth in a space where you can truly be yourself.
No filters. No judgment. Just truth.
Why This Work Matters…
My path to becoming an advocate and support professional is deeply rooted in personal experience. As a survivor of childhood trauma, domestic violence, and severe exploitation, I intimately understand the complex journey of healing and reclaiming one's power. My own experiences with self-harm, recovery, and transformation have shaped my trauma-informed approach and deepened my commitment to creating safe, nurturing spaces for others.
I believe that our deepest wounds can become wellsprings of wisdom and compassion. While my story includes significant trauma, it's also one of resilience, hope, and the possibility of rebuilding. I've walked through darkness and emerged with a profound dedication to supporting others on their healing journeys.
This isn't just professional work for me - it's a calling born from lived experience and a deep understanding of both vulnerability and strength. I bring not only my professional training, but also authentic empathy and a genuine belief in each person's capacity for healing and growth.
